Pastors Chris & Victoria Davis
Lead Pastors
Chris and Victoria Davis first met in 2010 at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. They have been married for nearly 12 years and are blessed with two wonderful children, Asa (10) and Nora (6). For the past four years, they have been serving as the directors of the Potomac School of Leadership, a two-year residential program through the Potomac Ministry Network in Gainesville, VA, equipping young adults (ages 18-25) for full-time ministry. Before this role, they were on staff at Eastern Assembly of God in Baltimore, Maryland as Youth Pastors.
Chris is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, and Victoria holds credentials as a licensed minister. The Davis family is passionate about seeing the local church thrive as the center of healthy families and strong marriages, as well as healthy communities. They have a deep desire to reach those far from faith and walk alongside them as they discover their God-given purpose.
PASTORS ERIVAN AND VANIA MARQUES
Brazilian Church Pastors
Pastor Erivan Marques, along with his wife, Pastor Vania, lead our Brazilian congregation, New Life in Christ Ministry, which they founded in 2008. Together they have 3 daughters: Jessica, Victoria, and Jennifer.
Previously, Pastor Erivan served as the Young Adults Pastor of Nova Assembleia de Deus no Brasil, (New Assembly of God in Brazil) and later became the Co-Pastor of that same church. He came to the USA in June 1999; as part of the Assemblies of God Brazilian District, he was ordained by the Assemblies of God in Springfield, MO. From 1999 to March of 2008, he served as a co-pastor of a Brazilian Assembly of God church. He arrived at Centerpointe Church in September of 2008 where he founded New Life in Christ Ministry, which is today the Brazilian congregation of Centerpointe Church. Pastors Erivan and Vania worked and served with Brazilians, Hispanics, and many others who need spiritual help in this nation. Pastor Erivan is an alumni of the Bible Institute of the Assemblies of God in Rio de Janeiro and a member of the Brazilian District Council of the Assemblies of God.

Hospitality, Events, and Project Coordinator
Pli joined the Centerpointe Church staff in January 2024. She serves closely with her team leaders at Connect Pointe to foster a welcoming and engaging environment for church members and visitors. With an MBA in Project Management, Pli brings her expertise in planning and executing a variety of church initiatives.
Beyond her role at Centerpointe, Pli also works as an event planner and wedding coordinator, where she uses her skills to create memorable experiences. Passionate about connecting with others and living out her faith, Pli is dedicated to embodying the hands and feet of Jesus in all she does. She also serves in the Women’s Ministry Leadership and as a Life Group Leader, building community and supporting others in their spiritual journeys.

April Carter
Children’s Ministry Director
April Carter joined Centerpointe Church as the director of our Children's Ministry in May 2024. April was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. April has six-plus years of experience in children's ministry, including writing curriculum, directing after-school programs and summer Bible camps, and large-scale services. April teaching style emphasizes Bible literacy, prayer, and spiritual gift development through innovative, engaging, and energetic methods. April is thrilled to collaborate with parents and students to establish a vibrant and transformative children's ministry distinguished by God's power and presence.

RYAN ASHLEY NOBLES
Office Manager
Ryan Ashley Nobles joined the Centerpointe Church staff as the Office Manager in March 2022.
Ryan has previously served on a variety worship teams and as small group leader. Ryan has a Master’s Degree in Cello Performance from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the University of Mary Washington. In addition to serving as Office Manager at Centerpointe Church, Ryan is a cellist and enjoys performing with the Amaris Trio, working as a freelance performer in the DC-VA-MD area, and teaching.
