We’re excited to announce a summer serve day on June 20th! We will be partnering with Urban Outreach to serve Washington DC.

This trip serves two purposes.

One, it gives us an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus outside of the church.

Two, Urban Outreach and Pastor Wil Stroman are AG US Missionaries that we support on a monthly basis.

We don’t just want to be a church that supports missionaries through funds. We also want to serve alongside them as we’re able.

This trip will consist of:

• Helping serve hot meals to community members and families

• Assisting with grocery and non-food item distribution

• Welcoming and encouraging guests as they come through

• Praying with individuals and offering spiritual encouragement

• Helping create a warm, loving, and Christ-centered atmosphere throughout the outreach

This outreach serves many families and individuals in Southeast Washington, DC, and every volunteer helps us extend hope, dignity, and encouragement to the community.
